Rowan Brae was a perfect cottage for our family of five. Very clean and large. Heating of the cottage was appropriate to the climate. Daily rate was very reasonable in relationship to the costs of other lodging. We hiked on the estate for one-two days.This is the third time that I have stayed on the Ardverikie Estate. We love it.

Our second visit to this beautiful estate, first time at Rowan Brae.It is in a fabulous location, so peaceful yet walks abundant from the door. The cottage itself is perfectly adequate, we were traveling with dogs so I don't like a show house type of property, Rowan Brae has a very homely and lived in feeling, lovely comfortable beds and plenty of hot water, having two bathrooms was an added bonus. I have already booked a third visit and I'm sure that won't be the last

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the eco pod and have already booked a return trip..the accommodation was clean and well presented and the secluded location was perfect. We will definitely recommend

We have had a really fabulous time, the cottage and location was just perfect, one of the best we have stayed in, and everyone was extremely helpful when we had the 2days without power, a story to tell and thank god we had the wood burner.Thanks again, i will certainly be recommending to all is know. Kind regards, we shall miss our morning stroll on the beach.

We had another wonderful holiday in Gallovie Cottage. As usual, the cleaning team did a great job in preparing the cottage, and the new mattresses, mentioned after our stay in April, were greatly appreciated

Eco Pod – email
We had an absolutely perfect stay in the eco pod for our tenth wedding anniversary. It was spotlessly clean and in the most beautiful place! We sat outside for hours without seeing anyone, so peaceful and also had a few lovely quiet walks. Our dog loved the beach (and we did too) it’s absolutely stunning. We would love to come back, there’s not one negative thing I could say about our whole stay. Didn’t want to leave!

Inverpattick Lodge is a beautiful property in a truly stunning location – the estate and surrounding area are gorgeous, with plenty of walks and breathtaking views to enjoy. The staff are fantastic too; we had a small issue during our stay, and someone came out within the hour – so friendly and helpful!

This is our fifth family holiday at Inverpattack Lodge. As ever accommodation was excellent, the extras like a cot, hi chair and fire guard were all clean and functional and any issues we had were attended to within a day. And the hot tub was excellent. Due to Storm Amy, we had no power for two days. However, the estates team was fantastic and helped put our perishable food in a fridge/ freezer that was working off a generator.

This is such a magical place that I would recommend to anyone. We have been when the weather was awful and when it was lovely and both times it was fantastic. The walks around the estate are amazing and Loch Laggan beach even better. We discovered that we could drive on some of the routes as well which was very worthwhile as the views are stunning. Everywhere is dog friendly. The house, as always, was immaculate. Well equipped and just what you are looking for from a holiday home

Gatelodge – Google 5 Star
We couldn’t have chosen a more perfect place to celebrate our 15th anniversary. My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Gatelodge House of Ardverikie Estate. Our time there felt far too short, and we can’t wait to return. Surrounded by such an abundance of natural beauty, it hardly felt like we were away in the West Highlands at all—it felt like home.

We really enjoyed our stay in the photogenic, fairytale Gate Lodge of Ardverikie Estate. The lodge is very well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Our dog loved the easy access to the grounds of the estate, especially the beach. We were grateful for the walking maps that were supplied that allowed us to see so much of the estate. It was like entering Hobbit land in places. Truely magical and very peaceful. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful.

Another fabulous stay at Ardverikie Estate. Gallovie Cottage this time which is perfectly placed for walks straight from the door. The cottage is extremely well set up with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. Beds and furnishings are superb - so comfortable. Gallovie is beautifully located and secluded. Particularly enjoyed having breakfast in the garden watching the deer pass through on the forest trail. More wonderful memories made of waterfalls, woodland walks and the most amazing beach. ardverikie has it all and we hope to keep returning for many more adventures over the years.

Stunning property - fully equipped - incredible location - met the Estate Manager who was very friendly and helpful - altogether a wonderful holiday at the Ardverikie Gatehouse.

We love Ardverikie so much it is our happy place and we come every year. We have always stayed in Rowan bree but decided to try the Eco pod this time. The place is fantastic everything we needed in a cosy place, love the fire pit and outdoor shower. We sat out under the stars and even saw the northern lights! I can't rate our weekend enough. We are already booked to come back in the summer (Galorie cottage this time) and would recommend to anyone. I would love to do the Eco pod again next Feb the stars made it for us such a beautiful place. A hidden gem!

We stayed in Pinewood cottage. Perfect location secluded private gardens perfect for our dogs. Cottage was immaculate and well-appointed with everything we needed. Short walk to the beach which was absolutely stunning. We had the best time here, relaxing and peaceful. The dogs had a blast running around the garden and beach. Cannot wait to return.

We had a fabulous time staying at the Gate Lodge. We saw your Facebook post for last minute availability over our wedding anniversary, so jumped at the chance.
We had fantastic weather and enjoyed seeing the beach, the wider Estate and so many mushrooms and stars. We are now re-watching Monarch of the Glen and spotting the filming locations.
We thoroughly enjoyed the suggested walks and being able to drive further into the Estate. Everyone we met was friendly (my husband making a friend with someone with the same taste in pick-up trucks!)
The Gate Lodge was magical.
Thank you for a great stay, we would love to stay again some time.

Google 5 Star – Rudh na Magach
A lovely, secluded location with fantastic Highland scenery and very good accommodation with facilities sufficiently interesting to keep a pile of children engaged and active. We did a four night stay pumpkin carving, boating, fishing, kite flying, pool playing, fire lighting, painting, dog exercising, and marshmallow toasting by the light of the Harvest moon. We thank you for a great time and hope others enjoy Ardverikie too.

We stayed for 2 nights in April and had a fantastic stay. The pod itself has everything you need along with a warm outside shower! The views as you walk around the estate are stunning, Ardverikie House impressive and the sandy beach on the Loch an added bonus. What struck us most was how peaceful it was with us hardly seeing another person over the time we were there! Thank you.

We would 100% recommend staying at the estate to anyone.
We stayed in the Gatelodge and it was a perfect break away!
The Gatelodge was absolutely spotless when we arrived and was the perfect base for our adventures. It is very much a tourist attraction with people stopping at all times of the day, me and my husband found this quite funny but I appreciate that not everyone will think like us. We had a coach pull up one day and people got off!
We made use of the estate walking guide and completed many of these!
Exploring the estate, we felt privileged being allowed to do this.
The estate is absolutely beautiful and you get different views around every corner and the views change with the weather.
We will definitely be back to explore more of the estate.
Having been a fan of Monarch of the Glen when I was younger I couldn't wait to see the castle, she did not disappoint! Seeing it for the first time was unbelievable!

stunning location, bit dissapionted that the front gate post was broken so was a bit difficult going in and out, a more comfortable outdoor seating would have been nice but that said cottage was a 10/10 and the estate was fantastic great walks and the views were spectacular and a beach ...Wow, loved it ,

The cottage is in a stunning location. If you want a peaceful secluded getaway this is the place. I was blown away been given access to practically the whole estate and loved going for runs in the morning around it as well as long walks up the river. I could have spent my entire week just exploring the estate.
The cottage was spotlessly clean with every facility needed, i was especially impressed by the internet speed. I wasnt expecting that since it is so remote.
Hopefully i can come back one day.

Absolutely beautiful and amazing part of the world. We loved our trip to the Ardverikie estate for walking on the beach or up a Munro, mountain biking within the estate or around the corner at Laggan Wolftrax, or simply relaxing in the accommodation, with the bonus of a hot tub. Acommodation is second to none and if any more adventure or entertainment is required, Aviemore is not far away at all. We hope to return to Ardverikie soon.

A week here is not enough. I could live in Rudh Na Magach. Even though the weather was not perfect it was still an awesome place to be.
We could not find any faults. However as we are Americans a TV in the bedroom was missed!

Amazing stay to celebrate an 80th birthday. Lodge was beautiful, very clean and in a fantastic location with stunning views all around. Staff were lovely with a special mention to Dea who went above and beyond and made my Mum’s 80th celebration something that she will never forget. Thank you to Amanda for opening office up early in order to buy some books to take home with us. Can’t recommend enough!

We had the most amazing time at Ardverikie. The scenery alone takes your breath away, and then to stay in such a well equipped, beautiful, clean pod just makes it so much more special. (If you're going during spring/summer, remember to take bug spray or netting for midges.) The thought and care and excellent communication from this establishment is wonderful, and we will definitely be back in future! Would give it ten stars if I could.
