When paying by cheque, please write the party leaders name, house you’re booking and dates on the back of the cheque.
I enclose my cheque as payment/deposit. I have read the notes and conditions attached, will leave the house clean and tidy, and will report any breakages at the end of the booked period. I am over 18 years of age.

A FEW NOTES FOR YOUR GUIDANCE AND SOME NECESSARY CONDITIONS:
SECURITY DEPOSIT: Please send in a SEPARATE cheque a security deposit of £100 with your final payment for Gatelodge and Pinewood. Inverpattack and Gallovie require a £200 deposit.
LINEN: Linen is provided in all the houses
TELEPHONE: Honesty phones is in all houses.
KEYS: Please collect and deposit your house keys from the Estate Office, Kinlochlaggan. They are kept in a black box outside the estate office.
Properties accommodate
the number of persons shown. Occupation must not exceed the maximum for
that particular house except where stated below.
* Gallovie sleeps 13 - No additional beds can be added
* Inverpattack sleeps 12 - an additional 2 beds can be added at £25
per person
Gatelodge sleeps 3 - it is not possible to add an additional
bed
Pinewood sleeps 4 - it is not possible to add an additional
bed
Rowan Brae sleeps 6 - it is not possible to add an additional bed
Ardverikie House: As this is a private residence guests are asked to respect the privacy zone around the house
PETS: Please ensure that your pets have up to date vaccination certificates and attach a copy with your booking form. A charge of £20 per pet per week.
ARRIVALS and DEPARTURES: can be any time after 4:00pm and properties must be vacated by 10:00am to allow cleaning prior to the arrival of following guests. Departures after 12:00 noon will be charged as an extra day.
CLEANING
All properties are cleaned thoroughly between each let. However, as
only a limited period of time is available to clean properties, it
is a condition of your let that you leave the property and its contents
clean and tidy.
ANY DAMAGE, breakage or spillage in your house should be reported so we can rectify it immediately. Repairs or extra cleaning may require an additional charge, which will be deducted from the security deposit.
PAYMENT TERMS:
Short stays (less than a full week): to be paid in full with booking. Short stays are not refunable
Full weeks: A deposit of one third of the full holiday price
is required on booking and the balance must be sent no later than
8 weeks before your arrival. You will not be reminded for the balance
of payment.
Cancelled holidays are subject to a charge dependent on the probability
of reselling your house.

Less than 2 weeks Full holiday cost
You are requested to take out your own holiday insurance.
